At CragHaven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor camping gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer support team at buitrong8359@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it typically takes 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Costs:
